3.Service risks and disclaimers

3.2 if the company's system failure affects the normal operation of this service, the companyundertakes to cooperate with the relevant units in the frst time, timely processing and repair.However, the company and the Co-operative Company shall not be responsible for the economiclosses caused by the users. Furthermore, Elephant AI reserves the right to suspend any part of this service without prior notice for maintenance, upgrade or other purposes.

3.3 Elephant AI hereby solemnly draws your attention, any information, data, text, software, music,audio messages, photographs, graphics, videos, messages, user registration information or othelinformation (hereinafter referred to as “Content”)uploaded, sent via this service by instant message, e-mail or any other means, the responsibility rests with the content provider. 3.9 where the normal use of the service is not possible due to an interruption, failure to function.marking, shutdown number, delay in implementation, change of terms or computer error, virusinfection, hacking, damage to information, loss of data or other reasons beyond the reasonablecontrol of the service provider, caused by the operator or communications network or third partyserver resources or hardware devices, Elephant AI shall not be liable to you or your users or anyother third party for any loss or damage arising therefrom.

4. Change, interruption or termination of service and modification of the terms of service

In addition, under no circumstances may you modify,rent, lend, sell or distribute any part or all of this software, or make derivative works based on it,without authorization from Elephant AI, or use software that has been modifed without authorization, or perform restoration work, reverse compilation, or otherwise discover the originalcode, including but not limited to unauthorized use of this service. You agree to use this service through the interface provided by Elephant AI and not in any other way.
